The Department of Shalakyatantra deals with all the diseases occur above clavicle. Opthalmology,  ENT, Dentistry, Oral cavity disorders, Scalp disorders and all types of Headache are included as the speciality of the Department of Shalakyatantra.  A speciality clinic “Integrated Eye Clinic” (treatment through Netra Ayurved, Netra Yoga and Netra Vyayam ) is working under Department of Shalakyatantra.  Instruments, Equipments, Charts, Models and Specimen are available for students and patients. The diagnosis as well as treatment based on Fundamentals of Ayurveda, Kriyakalpa and other Ayurvedic procedures in disorders like Refractive error, Immature cataract, Glaucoma, Dry eye, Conjunctivitis,  Diabetic Retinopathy, ARMD, Retinitis Pigmentosa, Deafness, Otitis media, Rhinitis, Nasal Polyp, Sinusitis,  Gingivitis, Periodontitis, Mouth ulcer, Migrain, Trigeminal Neuralgia etc. are the clinical strength of the department.
