Shalyatantra
Postgraduate course in department of Shalyatantra has been started from 2014 in the area of specialization like Shalya samanya as well as Kshaar Sootra and Anushastra karma. The branch Shalyatantra is nurturing as surgical school and department providing best possible care to patient who require surgical and para surgical services like Kshaar Sootra, Agnikarma and Raktamokshan. Department is having well equipped OPD and Operation Theater. The Most common Kshaar Sootra Chikitsa and urethral stricture treatment gaining popularity in Gujarat and nearby state. Department provide quality education for young Ayurveda research scholars by ancient and modern surgical practice.
We offer multiple treatments under upgraded Shalya Tantra department. Like
- Ano-Rectal Clinic: Satisfactory cure of Arsh (hemorrhoids), Parikartika (Fissure in ano) and Bhagandar (Fistula in ano) by time tested Kshaar Sootra treatment.
- Wound Management clinic: Different type of dusta vrana treated with age old lepan dhupan and other shasti upakramas. New method of wound management like STSG is also available in department.
- Jalukavacharan: Many skin diseases also treated with this procedure, department also develop jaluka farm for better availability of jaluka(leech).
- Agnikarma: All type of pain can be subsiding by this therapy. Department has functional Agnikarma room with require all type of shalaka.
- Raktamokshan: Many diseases treated only with this kind of regime. We offer all type of Raktamokshan facilities under upgraded P.G. Shalya department.
- Ayurveda urology department: In this department we treat urethral stricture, BPH etc.
- Sports Medicine: Department is going to publish first thesis in sports injury rehabilitation.
